Starting from January 04, 2021 (Monday), Simplex will be back to standard working hours.
Please arrange your payment schedule accordingly to make sure traffic won’t be stopped during the holiday period.
All rate notifications and payments received after 18:00 (UTC +6) on December 23, 2020, will be considered received on January 04, 2021.
During the winter vacation, our company won’t add new IP addresses.
Our NOC team will be fully available during the holiday except the period from 15:00 (UTC +6), December 31, 2020, to 15:00 (UTC+6), January 01, 2021, when the technical support will be provided in an automatic mode.
